 Payment Policy 

All payments will be processed by Paypal or Stripe through this website. You do not need a Paypal account to make a payment. To view PayPal’s terms and conditions, please visit their website. If your monthly payment renewal is not paid, your subscription will be cancelled. Subscriptions can be cancelled at anytime. Cam Attree Photography reserves the right to modify fees and billing terms upon prior notice to the members. 

Refund Policy 

Once payment has been made, members will not be eligible for a refund however, subscription can be cancelled at anytime. Subscription must be cancelled prior to the subscription renewal date in order to not be charged for the next month. If membership is terminated (see Membership Policy), you will not be eligible for a refund. 

Membership Policy 

Members may not, without the prior written permission of Cam Attree Photography: broadcast, republish, upload to a third party, transmit, post, distribute, show or play in public, adapt or change in any way any of the Content contained in this website. 

Members must behave in a friendly and socially acceptable manner. Any conduct deemed unacceptable, unfriendly, inappropriate or offensive will lead to membership termination at the sole discretion of Cam Attree Photography. 

Membership is only valid for one user and can only be watched from one device at a time. If Cam Attree Photography are notified of any infringement, membership will automatically be terminated. This includes the sharing of username and password.

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You further agree to immediately notify Cam Attree Photography of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security known to you.
